Steele on Public Radio

Today on American University’s Public Radio (WAMU) Kojo Nnamdi Show, my favorite librarian, Pat Steele, is talking about the future of libraries. I am looking forward to listening to this show on my flight home – am glad that they make it available online –

Courier Tablet from Microsoft

Well after I saw this it made me want to kick my Lenovo x61 Tablet to the curb (even though it runs Windows 7 very smoothly).

Purdue/ExLibris Development Partnership

I just found out today that the Purdue University Libraries are joining ExLibris as a development partner for their new Unified Resource Management System. Glad to see another Indiana academic library moving forward with a strategic path.
