So the big news this week was the decision on the google books ammended settlement agreement. As we all know now, Judge Denny Chin made his ruling on Tuesday of this week. Here are some good sources I have been reading.

So Eric Morgan, Pascal Calarco and the gang at Notre Dame are planning a code4lib midwest in May in South Bend, IN. They have a planning wiki up for it – http://wiki.code4lib.org/index.php/Midwest – if you are interested get involved now.
So we still have voting going on for the 2011 Code4Lib Conference. It is between Bloomington – Vancouver – and New Haven. If you are into code4lib and have not voted please do so. See below.
